Leeway Austin IT Support and Consulting, LLC. was founded in 2016 by Larry Huegele after a 21 career in technology at both small and large enterprises. The primary goal of Leeway Austin is to help as many people as possible with their technology issues and challenges.
In March of 2020, the Covid 19 pandemic saw the shuttering of many small businesses. As businesses and countries around the globe issued shelter in place orders, and not knowing how long the pandemic would last, Larry made the decision to wind down operations, minimize all costs and try to wait out the pandemic. For the next 5 years, Larry went back to work in a remote service delivery management role and expanding his knowledge and experience into many new areas, most recently with large language models (LLM's are the technology behind today's A.I. chatbots).
In April of 2025, after the loss of his father, Larry decided to leave his corporate role again, revive Leeway Austin operations and move the company to Bandera County, allowing him to be closer to family and continue to help many others.

What Services Does Leeway Austin Provide?
We specialize in providing remote support, using a telephone and an internet connection. Our patient technicians strive to provide excellent customer service and can usually walk you through most issues. However, there are always going to be those technical issues that still require on-site support. Our hourly consulting rates for on-site support are affordable and we never charge for travel time or block hours - just the actual time spent on-site.
